Our Wellness Club has experienced trainers and instructors, former athletes from different sports. They will assist during your training sessions so that you can achieve your short term objectives. The role of the personal trainer is also to ensure that exercises are performed safely.
Within THE Body Art Wellness Club you can choose to start swimming lessons from beginners to advanced, for children and adults. Duration: 55 minutes / session.
Swimming is the only sport recommended by medical doctors to be practiced at any age!
